This was created for presentation to potential clientele to acquire new listings. A custom design for the interior content, cover and binding were employed to set Tara Shapiro apart from other agents by presenting a more sophisticated design. The covers are solid, linen textured board with debossed logos, the binding done with hidden Chicago screws and the content is printed on two different weights of glossy paper.
